“I’d never given much thought to how much I would die- though I’d had reason enough in the last few months- but even if I had, I’d not have imagined it like this.”
These are the words of seventeen-year-old Bella. When she leaves Phoenix to be with her father in the small town of Forks, Washington, she falls crazy in love with a handsome and unique guy. Not only the guy is perfect in every way, he’s unique. When I mean unique, I mean not really human.
I recommend this book to everybody. My rating would be a Chuck Norris because that’s what it is. Not only the novel filled with mystery, romance, and suspense, but also it leaves you hanging so you have to read the second book New Moon.

Bella Swan is a seventeen-year-old girl who moves to the small town of Forks to live with her dad. Bella’s life in Forks is extremely boring until she meets the amazing and mysterious, Edward Cullen. There is something about Edward that Bella just can’t resist. But what she doesn’t know yet about Edward is that he is a vampire. And she is completely in love with him.
This book is full of suspense and thrill. I felt like I was really a part of the adventures in this story. I recommend this story to anyone who loves a good love story, reality and fantasy all together. There are two other books in the series so far New Moon and Eclipse.

“How far do you think we’ve come?” I groaned
“I have no idea,” Harkat said. “How long have we… been traveling?”
“Two weeks – I think.” “Still no signs of any real vegetation.”

Since this is a series and this is book ten of twelve you will like those as well. Plus the other series that the author made, The Demonata.

Book four of the Mediator: Darkest Hour
Meg Cabot
Pocket Books, 2003, pp.
$9.95, ISBN 0-671-78847-7
Susannah Simons is your typical sixteen year old girl. Despite the fact that she is a mediator, she plans to spend her summer on a beach getting a tan and a boyfriend. Instead, she was forced to work at her very first job which comes with a dull, whiny kid, and his suspicious older brother. On top of all that, she also has to deal with ghosts. The Mediator: Darkest Hour, is the fourth in the series and Susannah continues to be a liaison between the dead and the living. Her latest victim is Jesse, her boyfriend, OK, well soon to be anyway. The unfortunate thing though is that he’s dead, or in other words, a ghost. He was murdered by Maria de Silvia-The very same ghost that threatened Susannah with a knife, saying that if her backyard construction didn’t stop, she would make Jesse disappear. But he’s a ghost, he can’t disappear, right?
Darkest Hour, by Meg Cabot, is wonderfully written. Cabot gets inside the characters’ heads and describes what each one is thinking. It teaches readers about the power of friendship and love and making the right decisions. I recommend this book to any girl who loves to read about adventure, mystery, friendship and, of course, love.

Evil Star is the second book in the series Power of Five .The series is based off of the myth of the Old Ones, Ancients celestial beings who are said to be trapped in the stars. Evil Star takes place after the first story of Ravens Gate, when Matt is sent to live in a witch’s house. In Evil Star, His aunt steals a petrol tanker and drives it into his school. After this, a group known as The Nexus, contacts Matt and tells him he must travel to Peru to stop a second opening of the gate that will release the Old Ones. Matt travels to Peru and meets Pedro, who helps him on his quest. Matt Finds that a man named Salamanda is trying to open the gate. Can Matt and Pedro stop him? Will the Old ones be released? Evil Star is a very interesting book that I recommend to anybody who likes a griping fantasy horror. Evil star was not a letdown when I read it and I guarantee that you will not be let down either. The sense of surprise in this book is amazing taking random turns whenever the author felt like it, and I once again recommend this book to anybody
